Steps to make Imarati:
- Wash and soak dal for 3-4 hours.
- Then grind into smooth paste.
- Add refined flour and curd.Mix well and keep to ferment for 5 hours.
- Meanwhile make sugar syrup of 1 strand by adding sugar in 1 glass water.Add cardamom seeds powder in it.
- Now add saffron and colour soaked in water in grinded batter.
- Now add soda and fill in a sauce dispenser bottle and close the lid.
- Now heat the ghee in a vok and pour the batter in it making shape of imarati.
- Make all the same way till golden and crispy.
- Dip in sugar syrup for 2 minutes and remove in a plate.
- Serve hot.
