Steps to make Oats and Rava veggies appe:
- Dry roast Suji & oats in a pan.
- Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix all properly. Keep rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Heat appe pan on medium flame.
- Make lemon size balls with dough.
- Drizzle some oil in each pit of appe pan.
- Place veggie balls one by one in each pit.
- Cover glass lid of appe pan.
- Cook them on medium to slow flame. Once it turns golden from bottom, flip it and cook again till golden from bottom.
- Check with tooth pick. If it comes out clear. Then appe are ready. transfer them on serving plate.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
