- Pour little ghee in kadai and add cooked smashed dal.Then add sugar.
- After adding sugar mix will become little watery as sugar starts melting.Now add the roasted wheat flour,cardomom powder and kesar or food colour and mix well without lumps.
- Add the remaining ghee and keep stirring continuously.
- In a small pan add little ghee and fry cashewnuts.Add the fried cashewnuts to the kadai and mix well.
- Stir well till it becomes a non sticky paste and ghee starts coming up from edge of kadai.This is the correct stage now remove the kadai from stove.
