- When the water reduced half and meat become tender strain out the yakhni in a bowl and separate the meat
- Now take a pot add 2 medium sliced onion make it light brown add tomatoes,green chillies,garam masala powder,salt,1 tspn cumin seeds and all the mutton
- Cook for 5 minutes,then add 4 cups of yakhni for 3 cups of rice stir it once with light hands
- When 1 cup yakhni left sprinkle half tspn of garam masala powder on top and put on dum for 10 minutes in low flame
- After 10 minutes take it out serve hot and enjoy with kachoomar salad and raita !
