  1. In a shallow Pan add Oil. In it add all the Ingredients of Garam Masala. Mix it.
  2. Add Salt, Tomato and Turmeric Powder. Mix.
  3. In it add 1/4 Cup Water. Mix. Cover and Cook on Medium Flame for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add Green Chillies. Mix.
  5. Add Nutmeg and Mace Powder and Garam Masala Powder. Mix.
  6. Add Potatoes and Cook while stirring for 1 and 1/2 minutes on Medium Flame.
  7. Drain the Water that is in the Rice. After draining the Water add 2 more glasses of Water in the Boiled Rice.
  8. Add the Rice in the Potatoes and Spices Mixture.
  9. Cook for 10 minutes on High Flame so the Water Evaporates. (Make sure the Potatoes don't burn.)( If you're worried Potatoes will burn take them out and put it in a bowl. Add it later in the Rice.
  10. Tasty Pulao is Ready.
