  1. Wash Poha and strain water.keep aside.boil potatoes,peel and mash it.soak soyabeans for 4-5 hrs and roughly crush in mixi jar.keep ready all Ingredients ready as mentioned above.
  2. In a mixing bowl mix Soaked Poha,crushed soyabeans,mashed potatoes,Coriander leaves,salt,Cumin seeds powder,green chilli paste,ginger paste,roasted peanuts and lemon juice.Mix well all ingredients and knead the dough.Make equal size discs from this dough.
  3. Heat a nonstick tawa,grease with oil,arrange the discs on it and apply oil surrounding each one.Roast on Medium heat on both sides till they become golden brown.
  4. Arrange the Poha Soya cutlets in serving plate along with the salad and Chutney with tomato ketchup.
