  7. Jab masaly waly pani ko boil ajaey to is mn rice add karein. Sath green chili b dal dein. Or kafgir se isy achi trah mix karein. Or 4 minut ke liey dhak ke rakh dein
  8. Ab dhakn hataen. Sakt taste karein. Km lgy to thora sa or add kar dein. Halka sa taiz hona chahiye ta ke pk ke bilkul theek ho.
  9. Jab sara pani dry hojaey to flame bilkul low kar dein. Dam lagadein. Lid ke upar tawa b rakh dein. Isy 12 minutes ke liey dam lgaen.
  10. Flame off karein. Lid hata dein. Rice ko upar nichy kar ke achi trah mix karein. Or 4 minut ke liey aisy e khuly rehny dein
  11. Serving dish mn nikalen. Salad or raita ke sath grama gram chicken pulaao serve karein. Jazak-Allah😊
