  8. Pour the oil in a deep frying pan and place it the stove. Switch on the flame.
  9. Pat the balls to a disc shape, dip it in maida batter and coat it in bread crumbs on all sides.
  10. Then deep fry it in oil until it becomes brown colour. Drain them in an absorbent paper. (You can also shallow fry in a frying pan)
