- Add water and little boil put rotis piece in pan cook on medium flame and bring rotis towards the center
- Pour gram flour pour it around, leave it on medium flame after 5-6 minutes. Mix gram flour in roti.
- Sprinkle some Maggi massala add some coriander powder and add a little red chilli powder
- Sprinkle some coriander leave
