  1. Assalamualaikum,Heat a pressure cooker,add Mutton,ginger/garlic paste,bay leaves,salt,and yakhni khada masala mentioned by ingredient list,

  3. Now, seprate the mutton piece and mutton yakhni (stock),then discard the yakhni khada masala,
  4. Now,take a plate,add all yakhni masala powder, mentioned by ingredients (yakhni masala powder) list,take a grinder add masalas,then grind the masala,and make a powder,
  5. Now,take a bowl add curd,yakhni masala powder mix well,
  6. To begin with, heat ghee in handi,once the ghee is hot add sliced onions,and fry until they start picking up golden colour,then add yogart paste fry for another few second,then add sliced tomatoes ๐Ÿ… and green chillies slit,mix well together,
  7. Then add boil mutton and gently sautรฉ it on high heat for 5 mins,now,add socked Basmati rice,
  8. And mix gently,then add yakhni(Mutton stock) mix well property,allow it to cook on high heat untill 90% water dries it,
  9. Now pour the saffron sacked milk over the rice,barista and green chillies,cover the handi with lid,and put it on dum for 10mins, now,ready to serve,garnish with barista or serve with raita or salad๐Ÿฅ—
