  4. While making balls there should not be any cracks
  5. Take a Kadai…. Add sugar and 3cups of water…let the water come to boil on high flame…. Once starts boiling…. Add the ready cheana balls. And cover and cook for 10min…. Shuffle them upside down…. In between…
  6. Chasni vll get dense… So add little by little water in between…. Boil the balls fr 15min and off the flame… Add the saffron strands bin hot syrup… Which gives a beautiful colour and look to rajbhog…
  7. Allow them to reach room temperature… Or keep in fridge once they get cool… Serve chilled rajbhog…. Which tastes awesome.
