- Use a spoon, cut the egusi mixture into small portion and add to the pot, do not stir after putting, cover and allow to dissolve. After 10-15mins, if the egusi has dissolved, add the crayfish and washed pumpkin leaves. Stir together. Taste for seasoning, add if necessary.
