- Heat up pot and add veg oil then add the tomatoes paste that was blended stir and after 15minutes of frying and stir occasionally
- Add seasoning, curry powder and salt lower heat and let it cook for another 5 minutes then add the parboiled rice and beans and mix into the paste; allow it to cook till its tender and all water is dried up
- Turn off heat and serve with grilled chicken
It fills you up so much so that you just keep drinking water the whole day without feeling hungry. It is very easy to cook and less expensive too.
