  1. First of all rice dho kar soak kar dein. Or beef ko dho ke pressure cooker mn dalen sath salt or 4 glass water add kar dein. Or baqi sb ingredients ko aik saaf kpry mn bandh kar potli bana ke dal dein yaa aisy ee dal dein. Or almost 12-13 minutes tak pressure dy dein. Agar pateely mn hy to gosht galny tak pkaaen.
  2. Yakhni ready ho jaey to meat ko alag nikal lein. Baqi yakhni ko stainer se aik bowl mn stain kar lein. Or buchi hui cheezon ko discard kar dein
  3. Aik pateely mn oil dalen or sliced onion dalen. Sath e taiz paat b dal dein Or onion ko golden brown hony tak pkaen. Jab brown hojaen to is mn G G paste or meat add karein. Sath 1 tsp salt add karein or gosht ka colour change hony tak fri karein or sath e sabat gram masala b add kar dein
  4. Jab gosht fri hojaey to tomato add karein or sath e chilli flakes or 2 tsp dahi add kar dein. Or 2-3 minut ke liey dahi ka pani dry hony tak pkaen.
  5. Jab masala achy sy ban jaey to ab water add karein. 2 glass rice ke hisab se is mn almost 3 glass water add hongy. To usi rice waly glass se yakhni ka hisab karein 3 glass add kar dein. Agar yakhni km ho to baqi water add kar dein. Or boil aany tak pkaen
  6. Jab boil ho jaey to is mn rice dalen. Rice ka pani nikal dena hy achi trah sy. Pkty huey pani mn rice add krny ke baad is mn green chilli b add kar dein or lid se 3 mint ke liey cover kar dein
  7. Jab iska paani half reh jaey to salt taste kar lein. Thora sa taiz hona chahiye ta ke pkny ke baad theek ho. Jab pani dry ho jaey to flame low kar dein or lid se cover kar ke upar tawa rakh dein. Or 10 mins ka dam dy dein.
  8. After 10 mins flame off kar dein. Or isy open kar ke chachm ki madad se upar nichy karein. Or 2 mint ke liey khuly rhny dein. Or phir 5 minut ke liey lid se cover kar dein. Ab serving plates mn dalen or salad+raita ke sath enjoy karein. Jazak-Allah😊
