- Marinate 8 large pieces of chicken with salt redchilli powder blk pepper corriender powder cumin powder yellow food colour(optional),lemon juice.ginger garlic paste and mix in 1 cup of yougart Marinate atleast for 5 to 8 hours.
- When marinate add 2 tabsp oil in a pan.cover and cook until tender.
- Take 8 cup rice washed and soak for 30 minutes.prepare all ingredients
- On a pan add 5 tabsp oil add onion fry until light golden add g g paste fry 30 seconds add green chillies.
- Add tomatoes and cumin,cinnamon stick,cardimom and blk pepper.
- Mix and cook until oil saparate.add 6 cup of water.
- When boiled add rice.cover and cook.until water evaporat.
- Now add prepared chicken tikka piecesadd burning coal.
- Drip some oil.cover for 10 minutes on low heat.
