- Meanwhile prepare the stuffing. Take a pan add 1 cup water, jagerry bring them to boil, strain the jagerry water. Cook it till it will come to a semi thick consistency, add cardamom powder.
- Before switching off the gas add grated paneer and mix it well. It should be in thick consistency.
- Spread the batter on the turmeric leaves and add the prepared stuffing at the middle area and close it from all side by folding it.
- Take a idli maker, add some water and turmeric leaves edges which we have e cutted. Place all the enduri pitha on the idli plate and steam them for 10min.
- Your paneer enduris are ready with a mild turmeric smell.
