  1. Soak the rice and urad dal for 6 hour separately. After 6 hour grind them in a fine paste and leave for 8hour for Formantation.
  2. Then mix the rice and urad dal paste and add some salt. And mix them properly
  3. Cut the edges of the turmeric leaves and wash them properly.
  4. Meanwhile prepare the stuffing. Take a pan add 1 cup water, jagerry bring them to boil, strain the jagerry water. Cook it till it will come to a semi thick consistency, add cardamom powder.
  5. Before switching off the gas add grated paneer and mix it well. It should be in thick consistency.
  6. Spread the batter on the turmeric leaves and add the prepared stuffing at the middle area and close it from all side by folding it.
  7. Take a idli maker, add some water and turmeric leaves edges which we have e cutted. Place all the enduri pitha on the idli plate and steam them for 10min.
  8. Your paneer enduris are ready with a mild turmeric smell.
