- Take a kadai add oil and cumin seeds, Chopped onion cook until golden brown.
- Now add to Ginger garlic paste, Red chilli paste cook until oil saprated.
- Now add tomato puree,salt kaju paste,cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Now add red chilli powder, Haldi powder, Coriander powder, Cook for 2 to 3 minutes
- Add hot water and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Lower the flame before adding Curd. And cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the vegetables (pea, capsicum,boil Cauliflower, paneer) mix it well and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add gram masala, Kasuri methi.mix it well.Cook for 2 minutes. Add Coriander leaves
- Now turn off flame.
- Transfer the bowl And small katori put in middle of Sabji and put it Leave charcoal and add Cardomom powder,Ghee
- Cover and smoke for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Serve with Roti.
