  1. For making Khoba Roti, add 1.5 tsp salt and 2 tablespoon ghee in whole wheat flour.
  2. Knead the soft dough using water.
  3. Cover the dough for around 30 minutes.
  4. Take a ball size dough. Apply ghee and roll a thick chapati.
  5. Heat tava. Apply some ghee. Put chapati on it and make some cuts with knife on upper side.
  6. Turn the side. Make pattern by pinching chapati using fingers. Make pattern on whole roti. Apply some ghee.
  7. Take the roti from tava. Put seive on it and then place the patterned side facing tava on seive.
  8. When it gets cooked, apply ghee. Similarly, make more Khoba rotis from the dough.
  9. For making gatta curry, add besan in bowl, add 1/2 cup chopped onions and green chilli.
  10. Add salt and 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder. Add half cup of water and mix well.
  11. Make balls out of it and cook the besan balls in 2 cups of boiling water for around 20 minutes.
  12. Heat pan. Add ghee. Add remaining chopped onions and saute.
  13. When they turn golden brown, add tomato puree. Mix well.
  14. Add turmeric powder, remaining red chilli powder, salt, kasuri methi, kitchen king masala and garam masala.
  15. Add cooked besan balls and saute.
  16. Add water in which besan balls were cooked and cooked on sim for 7-8 minutes.
  17. Serve Khoba Roti with Gatta Curry and enjoy it with your family.
