- Close the cooker and pressure cook for 2 whistles on medium When the pressure cool down completely then open the cooker. Moth is ready.
- Arrange papdi in a plate.place boiled potato pieces over it.also spread sprouts prepared and pour 3 tsp of tamarind chutney over the papdis.
- Sprinkle chilli powder, chaat masala. add in thick whisked curd over papri.also sprinkle finely chopped onions,green chilli and tomatoes.once again spread moth,curd and tamarind chutney.
- Sprouts moth papadi chaat is ready. serve papdi chaat immediately.
