  4. Open the cooker and check the consistency. Add more water and give a boil if required.
  5. Now start assembling the pakwan. Take papdis in a bowl, crush slightly.
  6. Add dal to it. Top it with green chutney, tamrind chutney, chopped onion.
  7. Garnish with nylon sev and serve hot.
