  12. Take a Momo steamer put 1 glass of water, let it be boil, arrange the Momos in steamer tray.Steam it 15 minutes.
  13. After 15 miniutes take it out from the flame. Keep it in a plate.let it be cool.
  14. Now make a tandoori paste.add all spices curd& oil together,mix it,& spread it on the Momos.
  15. Now take a skewer, arrange all Momos in it.
  16. Put it on the slow gas flame or tandoor for 2 minutes,sprinkle some oil in it.
  17. Now take it out from the flame.serve it hot with sauce and chutney.
