Instructions to make Upma:
  1. Firstly heat ghee in a pan, then add urad dal, peanut, curry leaves, chilli, tomato and rava. Roast for 7-8 minutes on low flame. While you roast these, on the otherside keep water for boiling.
  2. After 7-8 minutes, add curd and hot water to the pan and stir well. Do not add all the water at once. Add gradually to make sure there are no lumps formed. Stir continuously and let it cook for another 5 minutes till it leave the sides. Turn off the flame.
  3. Garnish with chopped coriander and Serve hot.
