- Ab methi ko dho kar ache se nichor lain aur wo bhi mix kar lain.
- Ab taza pani se dough tayar kar lain.aur pede bana kar 10 minutes chor dain. (Ye dough normal dough se thori sakhat tayar ho gi.)
- Ab roti bail kar medium flame per paka lain aur halka sa ghee laga lain.
- Mazedaar missi roti tayar hai.
