- 2 lemons ke juice shamil karein aur jab ubaal ajae to 2.5 glasses basmati chawal shamil karein jo pani se achi trhan dho kar aur 30 minutes tak pani mein bhigo kar rakhe hue the.
- Namak adjust karein aur high flame par pani dry karein.
- Jab pani dry hojae to sabz dhania, podina aur sabz mirchen shamil karein aur 15 minutes tak aluminium foil ya kapde se cover kar ke tawe par dum wali flame par pkaen.
- Dum dene ke baad flame off krden aur chawalon ko mix krlen.
