  6. Take a two parts on glazing gel.i used nutral gel and add red or green colour mix well.
  7. Cut the cake base and cut in two layers and apply the watermelon juice to cake become soft and moist.now apply the whipped cream in all cover the sides.
  8. Now cut it from the cream the give the watermelon shape.
  9. Put green glaze on sides and red glaze on center spread nicely.
  10. Melt the dark compound chocolate and dots of like watermelon seeds.
  11. Delicous fresh watermelon cake is ready.
