- Wok main oil heat ke garlic saute ke onion and ginger add ke bhune tomato puree dal kar bhune saag dal ke mix ke de.
- Salgum ko peel ke cut kar le. Cooker main Dale 1 cup water add karein salt, and haldi dal ke boil ke makki ka Atta and Shankar dal kar blend ke le.
- Pan main desighee dal ke garlic saute ke onion ginger add ke bhune green chilli mix ke tomato puree add kar blended salgum dal kar 2 minute cook ke le.
- Makki ke Atta main site ajwain dal ke garam pani se Atta gundh le tawa hot kar makki ki roti bana le.
