Steps to make Urad dal ke kofte:
- Grind the soaked Dal with all written spices in a mixture jar execpt onion.
- Take it out from the jar,add chopped onion & mix it.
- Make it like kofta from this mixture.Heat a wok add oil let it heat,put koftas in this oil,fry it till golden in the medium flame.
- Take it out.Keep it aside.
- In another pan add 2 tbsp oil,let it heat.add onion stir it,add ginger garlic,saute it.fry it pink.
- In a mixture jar add brown onion,whole spices,almond, curd and grind it.Take it out in a bowl.
- Add this mixture in this pan fry it.Add tomato pure cook it 2 minutes.Add all powdered spices cook it 1 minute.
- Add water let it boil for 5 minutes.Add all koftas in this,let it boil 2 minutes.Take it out from the flame.
- Serve it in a bowl Garnish it with cream & corindear leaves.serve with rice,& chapati.
