  17. Get 4-5 tbsp oil
  18. Prepare 2-3 green chillies chopped (optional)

  1. In a deep pan/kadhai (except beaten egg) combine kofta ingredients & cook on high - heat until all the water evaporates & - minced mutton is cooked & tender. - cool the mixture & blend in a food - processor with beaten egg. make a - dough. in a bowl mix the stuffing ingredients.apply oil in palms. pinch out dough into small balls and continue with the rest.
  2. For stuffing : finely chopped onions 1 cup finely chopped fresh mint & coriander leaves 3 chopped green chillies 3 eggs boiled & crumbled/grated
  3. For the gravy: (grind the following to paste in a food processor) onions sliced & deep fried 1 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cup roasted white sesame seeds 1/2 cup fresh cream 1 cup tomato puree 1/2 cup milk
  4. Take each ball, press in the middle. place a tsp of stuffing in middle. - enclose entirely and roll again into a - round ball. Make all the balls and keep it ready. deep fry in hot oil & keep aside on a absorbent paper.
  5. For gravy: heat 4-5 tbsp of oil in a heavy bottom vessel. add bay leaves & let it splutter. add the ginger garlic paste & cook for few minutes. - add onion-tomato paste & cook for few minutes. add the dry masalas, green chillies & cook till oil floats on top for 4-5 minutes. add lemon juice & garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot with prepared koftas.
