  3. Take 2 serving spoons sugar
  4. Take 1 tsp elachi powder

Instructions to make Mango Kulfi / Popsicles:
  1. Wash ; peel and cut mangoes in any shape.
  2. Mash them with your hands.
  3. Bahoot jayaada bhi mash nahi karna hai.
  4. In a non- stick pan or kadai boil milk.
  5. Go on stirring till it reduces and becomes thick and half the quantity.
  6. Go on stirring, so that milk does not get stuck to the pan
  7. Cook on medium flame.
  8. With the help of a knife remove malai from the sides of the pan/ kadai..
  9. Add elachi powder and sugar.
  10. Mix well.
  11. Close the flame when milk is reduced to half.
  12. Allow the milk mixture to cool.
  13. Add mashed mangoes.
  14. Mix and transfer in kulfi moulds or popsicles.
  15. Cover the lid, keep in the freezer and allow it to set for 6- 6 hours or till kulfi is set.

  17. Tip🍋 - - Never mix mango in any form in hot milk it; mangoes - becomes sour.
