- Boil milk on high and boil 1 cup water on another side, add little salt. Add rice flour and stir for 2-3 mins, set aside and make a dough. Roll and cut pieces. Set aside
- Grate coconut and make a powder. To that add khoya, sugar, raisins and mix well.
- Make puri shape with your hand to rice flour balls and take a little of the grated coconut filling and put it in the centre. Close all sides and make a ball and set aside. Do in batches
- In the hot milk slowly add the rice flour balls and poach them for 10 mins. Take out and continue boiling the milk for 20 mins on slow flame.
- Put back the balls again and cook for 5 mins. Set aside
- Garnish with chopped almonds and Pistachios and enjoy hot
