- Heat oven for 170 degrees Celsius fan forced. Then bake it for 10-12 minutes for chewy Anzac biscuit or 12-15 minutes for crunchy Anzac biscuits ๐
- Leave it for 5 to 10 minutes to cool down
I've tried a few recipes for Anzac biscuits and this is the best one in terms of flavour and texture. These awesome Anzac biscuits can be made crunchy or chewy - however you like them. I've never successfully made Anzac biscuits before but my family and neighbours raved about these. Anzac biscuits are a traditional Australasian treat hailing from the World War I era.
