  3. Heat oil in pan fry kofta in medium hot oil keep aside
  4. Heat oil in pan add cumin seeds crackle it add bay leaves and onions saute it till light golden in colour cool it
  5. Grind onions and add in tomatoes puree
  6. Heat butter in pan again add little cumin seeds bay leaves add mixture of onions and tomato
  7. Add dry spices red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder salt mix it add kitchen king masala mix it properly
  8. Cook it till oil release form sides add fresh cream and mix add milk and water to adjust consistency
  9. In serving plate pour gravy keep kofta sprinkle coriander leaves drizzle cream
  10. Serve with garlic naan salad
