  2. On a separate burner, keep a large vessel for boiling Milk. Add Cardamoms to it crushing them just a bit along with Sugar. Bring it to a rolling boil on a high heat at first and then simmer on a low heat until reduced to three fourths of it. This is the perfect consistency required for a creamy Sheer Khurma.
  3. After done, add in the Condensed Milk, Nuts, Sewaiyan and the Fresh Cream. Mix well and cook further for a few minutes. May be 5 or a little more. That's it.
