- For Mango puree, Blend mangoes & sugar to make a smooth puree. Refrigerate this also for 1-2 hrs.
- Once everything is chilled, we need to form layers to serve it. Basically all these preparations can be kept separately in refrigerator for 2-3 days to enjoy later also.
- For serving, first in a glass spread some Rooh afza on sides, pour some mango puree, phirni, falooda, some rooh afza, then chopped mangoes, then phirni, falooda, some more mango puree, last little phirni Or you can do in any order adding all flavours.
