- Now take a tawa and add oil it and put these skewers on that. Cook on medium heat when cook from one side flip to other side.
- Cook all the skewers like this
- Now take one piece of coal put on flame and burn it. Than give coal smoke to bihari kabab by adding oil on coal. Put coal on aluminum foil. Cover for few minutes and than remove coal piece
- Enjoy with salad and chutney with pararha
