  2. Take a bowl and add salt,chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste 1 tsp,maida and corn flour.make a thick batter
  3. Take a frying pan add some oil and fry the cauliflower by dipping in the batter
  4. Take another pan add some oil (you can use the oil remained after frying)add finely chopped onions,ginger garlic paste.once it's cooked add tomatoes.
  5. When tomatoes become soft add the fried gobis and sort.
  6. Then add the sauces to the mix and mix it well.keep it for sometime.
  7. Then add 2 spoons of remaining batter over the mix and mix it well.
  8. Add some freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve.
  9. You can add a pinch of sugar if you feels that the chilli gobhi is too tangy.
