- Ik alag pateelay me oil le kar usme ajwaiyen aur sarson fry karen phir usme chopped lehsan add karen halka brown kar lein.phir usme chopped piyaz add kar ke usay light brown kar lein.
- Phir me chopped tomato add kar ke gala lein.phir kuti laal mirch, zeera, salt, haldi dal kar masala bhunain.
- Jab oil uppar ajaye to usme 1/2 cup pani shamil kar ke palak add karden sath me green chilli aur potato b dal dein.aur pateela dhak ke halki anch par pakayen
- Jab aaloo gal jaye to chulha band kar dein. hamari dish ready hai.Chapati aur plain rice ke sath serve karen.
