- Now keep the roasted dry fruits aside. While the milk is getting boiled and reducing in Quantity.
- Add sugar to milk and add dates and kishmish first. cook for 10 mins till dates leave a light brown texture to milk
- Now add about 2tbsp of milkmaid or as per taste and keep stirring every now and then
- When almost the milk is sweetened add the rest of the dry fruits except semiyan
- When your sheer khurma is about to get cooked completely and you are about to turn off the flame add semiya and stir for about 2 mins. Ghee of dry fruits will be mixed well with milk but if you want you can add more ghee too.
