- Soak the apricots over night or atleast 5 hours in water.
- Remove the seed from apricot and keep it separate. You can also remove badam from the seed and use it in the dessert before serving.
- In a heavy bottom pan add water and bring to boil. Add the soaked apricots and cook untill water is 3/4th reduced. Then add the sugar and let the mixture comes jammy. Use potato masher or spoon to mash the apricots.
- Once we get jammy texture the dessert is ready. After removing from heat add rooh afza and give a mix. Serve it chilled for better taste.
