Then take a pan take 1 tsp oil with some mustard seeds,curry leaves and green chilies. Cook it for few seconds. Add a mixture of gram flour. Boil it for 2 minutes then add lemon juice to it. Mix it well and your sauce is ready.
  5. Enjoy the chilled dhokla with sauce.
