- Take 3-4 slit green chillies

- Take handful Mint leaves for garnishing
- Take as required Brown onion for garnishing

- Get 2-3 bay leaves
- Get 4 green cardamons
- Prepare 3-4 black cardamons
- Prepare 6-8 Black pepper
- Get 3-4 cloves
- Prepare 1 stick Cinnamon

- Procedure for nimoan masala: slit chilies from the middle and flash fry them.
- In a pan boil some water to blanch green peas and refresh them.
- Now blend a course mixture.
- Take a pan add oil saute onion,green chilli and ginger.
- Add coriander powder and garam masala and cook,the mixture and let it cool down the mixture, once mixture cool down stuff them in the chilies and left over masala will be used in pulao.
- Pulao process:pick, wash and soak rice for 30-45 minutes.
- Take a kadhai,add oil, jeera, whole garam madala and let them crackle.
- Now add onion and ginger and garlic paste and add green chillies and nimona mixture and stir well.
- Add adequate water season with salt and garam masala and add rice,1 tbsp ghee and stir well.
- Place stuffed chiles and garnish with coriander leaves and mint leaves and brown onion and inch ginger (optional) now cook rice for 10-15 minutes on dum at slow flame for dum. Cover the kadhai with almunium foil and cover with a lid. For 10 minutes. Now pulao is ready.
