Steps to make Fried Paneer Butter Masala:
  1. Heat 2 tsp of butter in a pan on a medium flame..add 200grms of paneer cubes fry it nicely untill turns brown, similarly fry the cashew nuts and keep it a side
  2. Heat 2 tsp of butter in a pan on medium flame. Once the oil is hot, add the fennel seeds, cardamom, garlic cloves,bay leaves,cloves, cinnamon,dry red chilli and chopped onions,saute it nicely,add half spoon of salt..once it sautes add chopped tomatoes and fries cashew nuts..saute it nicely and close the lid and cook for 10-15 mins
  3. Turn off the flame and transfer it in a plate.let the mixture cool down for few mins and transfer into a blender and make it into a smooth paste(make sure u cool down the mixture well bfr u blend, otherwise it will blow up frm the mixer)
  4. Heat the pan add 2 spoon of butter on a medium flame once the oil is hot add chopped onions saute it nicely untill turns into brown thn add half tsp turmeric powder half tsp red chilli powder and 1 tsp spice mixture.. saute it well and add the blended paste. cook it until gravy colour change and add few butter to float.add salt mix it well
  5. Once the gravy cooked add the fresh cream..keep stirring..then add fried panner and mix it well and close the lid.cook for 1 min.. finally garnish with coriander leaves and off the flame.serve it hot
