  3. In a pan heat ghee & fry onions and the remaining onions add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes,salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder & stir fry for 3 minutes. Cook on a medium high heat till the tomatoes get tender.And fennel seeds and add chicken pieces to the masala and washed rice and cook on high flame till it get boiled & let it simmer for another 15 minutes on low flame till rice is done.
