  1. Take Wheat flour
  2. Prepare Olive oil / refined oil
  3. Take jaggery pieces
  4. Take Coconut chopped (small amount)

Instructions to make Meetha  cheela:
  1. Heat water (2 cup)and put all the jaggery pieces in it stir it till it melts
  2. Take flour in a mixing bowl and add the jaggery water(cool it 😉) and make a thin batter in consistency.
  3. Rest it for 10 minutes and add coconut chopped pieces.
  4. Add 2/3 tablespoons of oil in a pan.heat it and wipe the oil all over the pan with a water soaked cotton cloth. (Wipe carefully to avoid burns 😋)
  5. Take a big ladle and dip into the batter and spread the batter over the pan.Make sure that the gas stove burner is slow down.
  6. Turn the cheela if one side is cooked as shown in the figure above.
  7. Your sweet cheela is ready. Take it out in a serving dish and serve hot.
