  15. Add carrot ana cabbage
  16. Add spring onion
  17. Turn off the flame and cool it
  18. Add salt in it
  19. Add black pepper
  20. Add 1 tsp soya sauce
  21. Mix it well
  22. Take out the mixture in the bowl
  23. Stuffing is ready
  24. Put 1l water for steaming in steaming pot
  25. Boil water
  26. Take dry flour for dusting
  27. Water for greasing
  28. Knead the dough once and make small equal sizes of balls
  29. Roll it into small and thin poori shapes
  30. Put 2 tsp stuffing mixture at the centre
  31. Apply water on the edges
  32. Bring all the edges and seal together
  33. Take a steaming tinand grease the tin with oil
  34. Place all the momos in the steaming tin
  35. Once the water start boiling place the tin inside the steamer very carefully
  36. Close the lid and steam for 10 min on medium flame
  37. Remove the lid after 10 min
  38. Take the momos out from the steaming pot
  39. Serve momos with sauce
