- Turn on the flame and heat pan on medium flame
- Add 1 tsp oil in the pan
- Add garlic and green chilli
- Fry it on medium flame

- Add carrot ana cabbage
- Add spring onion
- Turn off the flame and cool it
- Add salt in it
- Add black pepper
- Add 1 tsp soya sauce
- Mix it well
- Take out the mixture in the bowl
- Stuffing is ready
- Put 1l water for steaming in steaming pot
- Boil water
- Take dry flour for dusting
- Water for greasing
- Knead the dough once and make small equal sizes of balls
- Roll it into small and thin poori shapes
- Put 2 tsp stuffing mixture at the centre
- Apply water on the edges
- Bring all the edges and seal together
- Take a steaming tinand grease the tin with oil
- Place all the momos in the steaming tin
- Once the water start boiling place the tin inside the steamer very carefully
- Close the lid and steam for 10 min on medium flame
- Remove the lid after 10 min
- Take the momos out from the steaming pot
- Serve momos with sauce
