- For stock
- Meat,half onion, garlic, ginger,fennalseed,Coriander, garam masala half quantity salt and water 7 glass dal dain pressure cooker 13 min take pakay ya meat gal janay take.
- Ab meat aur stock ko alag alag kar lay.
- Ab alag pan mein oil dalain half onion ko barik slice kar lay aur light brown kar lay is mein ginger garlic paste add kar lay aur baki garam masala Daly phir 1 tomatao green chilli paste daly aur bhoon lay.ab meat add Karin and bhoon lain
- Phir aloo Bukhara daly salt dal lay lemon daly 5 min paka lay phir 6 glass stock dal lay boil anay par rice dal day aur vinegar dal day half done kar lay.
- Jab thora sa pani baki reh jay to lemon slice, tomato, fresh coriander, mint leaves, daly aur dam laga day 10 min.
