Steps to make Onion Upma:
  1. Get all ingredients ready. Take a pan on medium flame add oil mustard seeds. Let it crackled add cumin seeds.
  2. Add chopped white lentil and chopped green chillies. Saute for a min. Add chopped onions. Saute till it get golden brown.
  3. Now add Semolina. Mix it all and Saute it till Semolina also get in golden brown.
  4. Now add curd and water. Mix it well add salt.
  5. Add sugar. Me x it all well. Get flame on hight and let the water get burn and semolina get cooked. Keep stirring constantly.
  6. Add coriander leaves. Mix it and serve hot with tea, juice, lassi or milkshake. For Garnishing just put some chopped tomatoes.
