- Take a Dough platter and put wheat flour, oil and water in it and make a soft Dough.
- One your Dough is Ready, keep it aside and start preparing the stuffing.
- Gather all the ingredients used in making stuffing. Now, take a bowl of grated radish and add salt it and keep it for approximately 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, press it with your palm and take off it's water from it.
- Now, take a player and put this Radish in it. Then add ajwain, green chillies, ginger paste.
- Further add, salt, coriander leaf, amchoor powder and coriander powder. Mix it well.
- Now, take a lobe from the Dough and press it with your palm to fill stuffing in it. Add the stuffing and close it gently.
- Place it on pan at medium flame. Apply some oil in it. Flip it to cook both the sides properly. So, now your mooli ka Paratha is Ready.
- Serve it with dhaniya ki chutney and tomato ketchup.
Mooli paratha has always been one of my favorite parathas and Sarvesh loves it too so I now make it often. If you get into the technicalities of making parathas, they are all made in a similar way.
