- Take as needed Coriander leaves

- Get 2 big onions
- Get 2 tomato
- Make ready 3-4 green chilli
- Make ready 2-3 bay leaves
- Get 1 inch cinnamon
- Take 1 black pepper
- Take 1/4 lemon
- Prepare 1/4 cup magaj
- Prepare 1/4 cup cashews
Paneer kofta recipe is a nice cheese-flavored meatball. Imagine the delish when Mozzarella cheese permeates into minced beef and combined with other spices, that's soft and delicate cheese kofta. Deep fried paneer koftas served in a rich, creamy onion and tomato gravy is one of the most mouth-watering curries you will ever come across. Served along with Indian breads & pulaos.
Instructions to make Paneer kofta:
- Take paneer and wash it.
- Grate the paneer
- Like dis
- Take all spices
- Add coriander powder
- Turmeric powder
- Red chilli powder
- Salt
- Raw mango powder and mix them
- Boiled potatoes
- Mash or grate the potatoes
- Mix them nycly
- Add cornflour
- Mix it
- Make a smooth dough(no water)
- Take all purpose flour(maida)
- Make a small balls
- Roll all the balls in flour
- In a pan add oil for frying the balls
- Balls are ready to fry.fry in medium flame till it becomes golden
- Now remove it
- Paneer balls are ready
- Take the onion,bay leaves,garlic,cumin seeds,black pepper,cinnamon and black cardamom.
- Cut the onions roughly
- Take all spices,roughly chopped onions,green chilli's,1/4 lemon,t tomato,soaked cashews and magaj seeds.
- Take kadahi and put in gas on low flame
- Add oil
- Bay leaves,garlic,cinnemon,black pepper and cumin seeds
- Chillies
- Onions and fry
- Turmeric powder
- Red chilli and coriander powder
- Salt
- Tomato
- Fry till becomes golden brown
- Let it be cool and then remove it in mixer jar,r remove the bay leaves.
- After few minutes of blend add soaked cashews and magaj
- Make a smooth paste and remove it from jar
- Again take same kadahi,add oil for gravy0
- Add the paste of all spices
- Fry it nycly
- After few minutes when gravy start removing oil.
- Soya suace
- Tomato sauce
- Kasuri methi
- Stir nycly
- Now add water
- Leave it for 5 to 7 minutes for boiling
- Take a bowl
- Put the paneer balls in a bowl
- Arrange one by one
- Pour the gravy on it slowely
- Fill it with gravy
- Do not stir
- Arrange coriander leaves
- Decorate with fresh cream
- Add ghee
- Now your paneer kofta is ready to serve hot.
